Trades UK takes your privacy seriously and complies the following code of practice
- People registering to use our on-line services will be required to provide personally identifiable data. This is needed to provide our service to you.
- Data requested may include some or all of the following: name; home and email address; gender; education; skills; qualifications; employment history; current pay and/or benefit details; referees; willingness to accept a Criminal record Bureau check; personal interests; job requirements including location, salary sought, job required, industry required, job title sought plus information volunteered to assist with the job placement service.
- Trades UK may also collect your IP address, 'cookie', and the requested page and date/time of any transaction, in our Web Server Logs.
- Trades UK uses the information it collects about you in order to provide you with its products and services and in so doing shares the information with all the companies belonging to Trades UK to determine which business unit(s) is most appropriate to meet your requirements; to contact you about opportunities and services; and to undertake quality audits/checks.

- Trades UK may from time to time modify its Privacy Policy. If as a result we make a material change to the way we use your personal data we will contact you.
